I spearheaded the concept, design, and team management for a proprietary workflow application to solve this. The platform centralizes all requests, features a bi-directional sync with client tools, and provides a custom-facing dashboard for full transparency.

This innovation cut non-billable management time for Team Leads by over 25+%, saving over 10 hours per week per lead, as well as the reassignment of our non-billable reporting team to billable resources.

This application analyzes every facet of an ad unit—from functionality and code quality to performance and cross-device compatibility. It automatically generates detailed Excel reports, extracts manifest variables, and delivers fully commented, minified, and optimized creative files, streamlining our entire validation process and ensuring all assets are high-performance and delivery-ready.
